Frequently asked questions

What is the great advantage of the Offer Tool?

Without prior or expert knowledge, an initial indicative offer can be prepared very efficiently without having to rely on uncertain information from the building owner or having to be on site. By using precise 3D data, the areas, inclination and alignment angles as well as the irradiation and shading of the individual roof sections are known. Roof windows and unrecognized obstacles can be removed from the system planning in the interactive module placer.

What does the module placer do?

The module placer enables a layout on an aerial image. We always try to display the best available aerial image from various sources. In the case of flat roofs, it is possible to install the modules on a south-facing or east-west elevation, which allows more modules to be installed on the surface and generally enables greater self-consumption.

The aerial photos do not match the recognized areas. What is wrong?

It can happen that the aerial image and the 3D data used come from different data sources or aerial surveys. However, the 3D data is very accurate. Aerial images are not always taken directly from above and are therefore accurate. Depending on the background image, it may be necessary to adjust the roof areas recognized by us so that the placement looks good in the offer. The recognized roof areas are always correct in size, so you can be sure that the modules placed on them really fit.

What if there is no 3D data and therefore no irradiation analysis?

In these cases, the tool offers the option of drawing surfaces yourself. You then have to enter the inclination and orientation yourself. The irradiation is calibrated by us and the module placer can be used as usual. This ensures that the application can be used across the board and that an offer can always be created.

Can I save the occupancy image?

Yes, it is of course possible to download the complete occupancy image or integrate it into an existing system via API.

Can I use my own offer template (PDF)?

Yes, it is possible to incorporate your own templates. Please contact us so that we can make you an offer.

Can I offer different types of quotes?

Yes, it is possible to receive different downloads, such as a variant for purchase and one with contracting. Individual offers are also possible. We will be happy to provide you with a quote.

What is the requeI need more input fields for special purposes. Is that possible?st limit?

Yes, that is possible. We will be happy to advise you.

Can module, storage and inverter prices be adapted to our prices?

Yes, all PV hardware can be stored in our system and used for all calculations. This includes PV modules, battery storage systems, inverters, charging stations or even your own individual categories.

Can I store my own load profiles for calculation?

Yes, it is possible to store your own load profiles in the API (and then activate them using an abbreviation) or to transfer them dynamically with each request. The complete profitability calculation is based on the selected load profile.

Can I integrate the product into my existing system?

Yes, this is possible. We offer two API endpoints that enable both the creation of a report and a readout of the results after the system has been designed. The application itself can be integrated as an iframe. If required, individual elements (contact data) can be blocked or hidden. The side menu can also be deactivated. The design is white-label adaptable. Your own colors, logos and fonts can be stored and used to enable seamless integration.

Can I enable multiple accounts / editors?

Yes, it is possible to create so-called "sub-accounts". In the standard case, the main account sees all offers created, while the individual editors can only view and edit their respective reports. It is possible to break down the reports by processor and time period.

Which result values can I use in my offers or my own application?

The product is based on the API Solar. All results and data from the API can be used (images & maps, results of the profitability calculation, system design, roof area information, etc.).

Can I view my offers?

Yes, in our HUB, our own backend, you can view the offers you have created and also make settings.
